This has got to be the easiest recipe to kick start your healthy diet journey. Just 3 everyday ingredients for a high protein breakfast to start the day.
You pretty much just mash the bananas and blend or mix it altogether then spoon the mixture into the pan. And if you’re feeling fancy, drizzle honey and top with fruits to make these taste even better.
The recipe makes 6 palm-sized pancakes. I had 2 pancakes with 1 Tbsp honey and some nuts which equates to roughly 300 calories 👍🏻

Notes
- If you don’t have a blender, mash the eggs with a fork, use instant oats so it’s already more fine, and whisk the eggs well so you add some fluff to your pancake.
- Add vanilla extract and mix in chocolate chips (or other mix-ins) if you like some added oomph! to your pancake.
